Pros

The pipeline is promising. Several compounds are headed for phase three.
The benefits are very competitive; the compensation is middle of the road.
The offices and manufacturing facilities are generally fairly new and pleasant places to work.

Cons

The management is very weak.
The organization is very immature.
There is a good possibility of more layoffs due to the Lilly merger later this year.
The Lilly consent decree (Zyprexa) affects ImClone employees as well.
The transfer of ownership from Icahn to Lilly has been very disruptive.
