The people are fantastic. the campuses are very well kept and the technology is very current. imclone pays expenses for any training that may be necessary.

Cons

certain departments (like mine) are insanely understaffed. some working quarters are very tight.

Advice to Senior Management

don't leave your employees in the dark about what's going on. for a public company, you have a lot of secrets. your lack of "transparency" is both concerning and disheartening, particularly in these troubling times. if you want to sell us, fine, but done leave us in the dark until its too late.
