“Bad place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Imagetec
Pros – Not much, other than being free from micromanagement most of the time.
Cons – No assistance from leadership or supervisors. No advancement opportunities. Comp plan changed multiple times to make it harder to attain multipliers on commission. Highest turnover rate of employees that I have ever seen. (I lasted 10 months and was consistently hitting 110% to quota and beating the unit quota). Unethical sales practices and repair times that they couldn't keep their promise on.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire competent leaders who will help develop their staff. Don't just hire your friends that you used to work with. Try to mirror the way other office equipment companies work and treat their employees.
