Former Employee – worked at Imagetec

Pros – It's a job and a resume builder if a career in sales is what you are looking for, and that's about it.

Cons – The company was very unprofessional and disorganized. The atmosphere in the office is very negative, people generally seemed unhappy and unmotivated. During training you spend hours rehearsing a statement saying how great the company is, but other aspects of the job were barely discussed at all. You have to buy your own laptop and pay for (almost) all of your own gas when driving to and from appointments all day long - the car bonus barely covers anything. If you are looking for a company that treats its employees with respect, look elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management – The company needs to make some serious changes all around if it wants to hire and keep better employees and also hang on to customers. I'll leave it at that.
