I have been working at Imerys as an intern for less than a year

Pros – It has very Large Plant. It gives the chance to have large exposure from Operations to marketing. It has Quite good big R&D lab even. One of the best places for people who are looking to enter to Mining Industry.
Moreover, here people are from different countries like france, India, USA etc. It gives the chance to interact with different cultures.

Cons – As It is a very old plant, most of the machines are very hard to maintain.It is not that tech savvy plant. Things are bit messy here. Even people are from different cultures, dominating culture is USA not French. So, Overall culture is different from HQ, france.

Advice to Senior Management – Make it more centralized and systematic process for this plant. Things are not organized here. High need to spend some money on this plant.
