    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Field Techs had some freedom as to scheduling appointments which was nice and workorders were fed exed to home address along with extra materials that weren't drop shipped to appointmens

    Cons

When I was initially hired we were reimbursed for mileage but after several months they changed policy and no longer paid for travel with few exceptions. During busy season you could expect to be away from your home/family for days on end. Company was extremely slow in paying for work completed and errors were commplace on paychecks. Management was constantly changing as were company policies. Pay structures also changed lowering our daily pay as well as special project pay after the first several months

    Advice to Management

Better pay and working conditions will keep better employees around longterm. You need to weed out less deserving employees and protect your better employees not cut there hours and pay while adding on mopre and more techs who do shoddy work

I have been working at Impact Resource Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work out of your home. If you need to do personal things during the day you can as long as you get your job done. Work with very little supervision but when you need answers you get them.

    Cons

Long hours and can be very stressful. Pretty much on call 7 days a week.
