I have been working at Impact Resource Group full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Work out of your home. If you need to do personal things during the day you can as long as you get your job done. Work with very little supervision but when you need answers you get them.

Cons

Long hours and can be very stressful. Pretty much on call 7 days a week.

I worked at Impact Resource Group as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Work is in clean newly built businesses

    Cons

Hard continuous work building displays and shelving units all day until evening. High mileage placed on your automobile. Preys on peoples desperate need for a job. Sleep overs with a roomy expected.
Heavily Micromanaged Company at job sites. True word in Life (Multitasking). Few work breaks!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better training and a lot less micromanagement
