Former Employee – worked at Impinj

Pros – It is a good location. The work force is mostly young and very open-minded. The company is very supportive of alternative transportation for its employees including being very accomodating for buses and vanpools.

Cons – The ability of management to make a plan, support it, and flow it down to the various departments is poor. To hire people and then lay them off a month later before they are given a chance to prove themselves is bizarre and indicates and extreme level of short-sightedness

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
