Pros

Positive team environment - team is largely remote but everyone helps to back each other up. Lot's of new people - team has almost doubled in size recently.

Cons

Sometimes processes break down as we scale, but management works with the team to help implement new processes when needed.

I have been working at Imprivata full-time

    Pros

There is a genuine interest in keeping the culture lively and interactive. Regularly provided food and beverage. Plenty of communication for senior management. The work life balance is solid. The open door policy is in full effect and you never have to be concerned about going directly to the source to get things done.

    Cons

Need more regularly defined training. A training calendar would be a good place to start.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to promote the company culture and energy by staying close to the troops. A high growth organization like Imprivata can be distracting for senior management, so keep your eye on your people and what made you successful in the first place.
