Pros

-Great product.
-Great people.
-Ability to lead and think outside the box.
-Large customer base.
-Strong sales channels.
-Good industry reputation.

Cons

Nothing major, just biting off more than they can chew sometimes. And unclear priorities. The product is very strong, but suffers like all young products with bugs.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down a bit, and understand that it will be better in the long run. Provide more feedback and have reasonable expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and customers and respect their input. Drive and execute on innovation. Make customer satisfaction a priority #1 and customer innovation priority #2. Focus on clear and simple goals to drive revenue growth and then execute, execute, execute. And don't constantly change course in mid-stream if results are not coming as fast as you want. Be honest & fair with employees, customers and stakeholders.
