“Fast pace and fun environment”
Current Employee – been working at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than a year
Pros – They wil quickly advance you if you are willing and wanting to work harder. Fast pace fun environment time flies by.
Cons – If it isn't busy time goes by slow and they send you home. If you aren't ready for a fast pace work environment then this is not the job for you.
Advice to Senior Management – They know they are doing a good job.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
