“Great Culture, Fast Paced Work, Good Hourly Pay”
Former Employee – worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – In N Out takes pride in the employees and product. They provide a great first job as well as room for growth. They hold monthly meetings and showcase outstanding employees. We had Christmas parties and small gifts from corporate.
Cons – A lot of cleaning. The busy atmosphere is great for some, but may be overwhelming to others.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
