Flexible hours, decent pay for a first job. Nice people. So many free burgers!!! Management has nice bonuses to keep you from leaving.

    Cons

Be prepared to hustle with a smile.

    Advice to Management

Stop making so many new policies.

    Pros

Starting pay for a fast food job. Free food when you work. Good for people who like a busy atmosphere.

    Cons

The company really only cares about their bottom line. I brought up the fact to management that a new associate would do something the wrong way, and they told me that they didn't care--the only reason they were hired was because they were pretty and looked good for customers.

    Advice to Management

Don't act like you care about your associates when you shut them down for bringing up their feelings about store issues.
