Pros

Great compensation for industry. Associate appreciation events are great.

Cons

Sometimes training is more quota based for manager's bonuses rather than rewarding hard working associates.

Alter "target hours" initiative.

    Pros

    The starting pay is above the minimum wage which is a great for any college student or high school student. They are also very flexible with hours and are very understanding about school:)

    Cons

    You have to work late nights some times and don'y always go home when your shift ends because they need more people to close.

    There is great training available to you with a lot of chances to move up in the store.

    Cons

    Managers play favorites and it is sometimes hard to work out a schedule that makes both you and your manager happy.

    Work on being more involved with associates and realize that not everyone is full-time.
