ConsSometimes training is more quota based for manager's bonuses rather than rewarding hard working associates.

Advice to Senior ManagementAlter "target hours" initiative.

    Pros: free meal every day you work, starting salary is $10… Cons: getting in trouble for things you cannot control extremely fast paced managers play favorites hard… Advice to Senior Management: stop playing favorites. praise your employees for their hard work rather than focusing on… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
