    Pros

    Good brand name, industry acceptance of TPI as trausted source of information on IT industry. Abilty to develop senior contacts.

    Cons

    Pathetic management, they say something, do something else. Unprofessional by nature. Just end up being a back office shop for large client engagements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need a change in leadership. Need clarity on what India is supposed to do other than provide cheap labour for international deals.

    I have been working at In-Solutions Global

    Pros

    We have flexibility in work timings,
    Work environment is good.
    Lot of things to learn about outsourcing industry so thats always good for future career prospects.

    Cons

    Compansation is not paar with market standard.
    No fair policy when it comes to employee pramotion.
    They dont have any variable pay.
    Leave policy doesn't include sick leaves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There should be transperency in pramotion policy.
    Pay structure should be on paar with market standards.
    Please introduce sick leaves.
