Great Company if it wasn't for upper management's micro management

Supervisor, Customer Care (Current Employee)
Atlanta, GA

I have been working at InComm full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Good pay, great vacation time, wonderful coworkers, Competitive 401k. Cons: Micromanagement, turnover, obsessive acquisitions, little training, low pay for hourly… Advice to Senior Management: stop micro managing, increase base pay, consult lower management before introducing… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
