Not the Best Job I've Had

Sales Associate (Former Employee)

ProsEasy to talk to managers and corporate. Lots of cool products to work with and learn about. A lot of cool contests that get you awesome prizes.

ConsA lot of false information passed around (about current/future products). Mindless work. Not recognized for achievements often. Low pay. Incompetent workplace - people there are not very smart.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire people who actually know what they're doing. I swear the people I worked with (including the manager) were all idiots.

Pros: Discounts with other companies Ability to work independently Co-workers are nice Cons: Pay is terrible No work/life balance (especially if you have a family) No opportunities to advance Shady management Favoritism Worked at InMotion for years and pretty much gave up… Advice to Senior Management: Please be more considerate to those who actually work hard, sacrifice most of their time, and make your company money.
