I worked at InMotion Entertainment

Pros

Easy to talk to managers and corporate. Lots of cool products to work with and learn about. A lot of cool contests that get you awesome prizes.

Cons

A lot of false information passed around (about current/future products). Mindless work. Not recognized for achievements often. Low pay. Incompetent workplace - people there are not very smart.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people who actually know what they're doing. I swear the people I worked with (including the manager) were all idiots.

    Pros

Great coworkers, management could be a little better, steady schedules, and decent pay for retail. Company has good values.

    Cons

not easy to move up in positions in management or in company. in store training sucks, store manger was not a good example for associates, Assistant Manger had better training and understanding for associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Store manger needs to give their employees second changes, decide on his own terms, and not go straight to the company to decide to terminate a saying.
