    Pros

The best thing about the job is you get exposed to all the latest gadgets out on the market. They offer paid time off, health insurance, and a 401k plan which is a more recent addition.

    Cons

There is a high turnover in management and employees. The upper management down to lower management is very unprofessional and verbally abusive. Your job security is often threatened. Instead of encouraging and motivating employees, employees are often put down, insulted, harrassed, and intimidated. I think this has more to do with the pressure coming down from upper management to hit numbers. They believe in scaring people into performing instead of using positive reinforcement. It also does not help that the pay rate is low and that they expect you to give them the performance of a business professional when they barely pay above minimum wage. Also some managers foster a culture of dishonesty, and encourage employees to lie to customers to make sales to hit the numbers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company needs new management. The company does not practice what it preaches. In the employee hand book the importance of honesty and ethical behavior is stated, but that does not happen in practice. The company should practice what it preaches. They should also use more positive reinforcement to encourage better work performance, and offer more attractive incentives.
