Pros – The company culture is design centric and non-corporate. Company is growing, and there are many opportunities to take initiative and see the results of your work directly.
Cons – Company is still relatively small, so there are growing pains in managing the growth
Advice to Senior Management – Work hard to maintain the current company culture that is steeped in the worlds of art and design as the company grows
