Excellent and very practical internship program

Software Engineer (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsStart working quickly - most interns deployed code in the first week
Intern projects have front-facing impact and real-world business value
Chill, laid-back atmosphere (not just because of Herman Miller chairs!)
Super nice, super smart coworkers and managers
VPs and Rony (co-founder) very accessible and helpful

ConsInterns are self-employed independent contractors (may change for summer 2013)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    No room for growth

Country Marketing Associate (Former Employee) Austin, TX

I worked at Indeed full-time for more than a year

Pros: Very nice people to work with. International team is pretty cool. Flexible… Cons: No room for advancement at all. People come and go. Definitely not a career job. Bad communication between departments/people causes… Advice to Senior Management: Provide room for growth. Or everybody will keep leaving. More
