Tough business to break into

I have been working at Independent Producers of America as a contractor for more than a year

ProsYou set your own schedule, but if you are not putting in 8-10 hrs / day (during first 2-3 years)... you will fail.

ConsIPA is not competitive with the online teaser rates offered by competitors. IPA becomes competitive after two consequtive years of 10-20% rates hikes from competitors to overcome those loss leader teaser rates. that

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros: Very flexible work schedule, conduct thorough training to ensure you are… Cons: Independent agent, Commission only sales, no health or life insurance sales=no pay, agent pays all own fees, many local networking avenues already taken by senior… Advice to Senior Management: High enthusiasm makes for a good positive environment but can… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
