Work hard, wish there was better communication from management, but enjoy the people you work with.

Pros

The people make this a great place to work as most are very friendly and don't compete for positions. Annual and performance bonuses help show that your hard work is appreciated.

Cons

There is a lack of communication coming from management or the communication lacks enough details to put everyone at ease.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to properly communicate with your people and communicate more frequently. Be more involved in understanding what your people are working on and be proactive in helping them when needed.

    Pros

great people, casual/relaxed (yet hardworking) atmosphere, meeting project teams all over the country (and world), enough travel to make things interesting without being too much typically; interesting projects and stories; a great president who is very passionate about what the company does and who takes a personal interest in his employees; good insurance benefits

    Cons

schedule tends to be completely dependent on projects, so if something last-minute comes up, it is really hard to take time off; very repetitive process, so once you get it down, it can feel monotonous; you are at the mercy of project teams and if they are unprepared for the meeting you have with them, you have to work really hard to compsensate for their lack of preparation (yet the client is always right)...and you still are held to your timeline; you have to try very hard if you don't want to overlap projects much

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think allowing project analysts a little bit of overhead time in between projects, rather than making every single hour billable would be good.
