I worked at Indiana University part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Flexible hours to work around class schedule.

Great place to learn.

All our clients were under the same roof so it was a little easier to deal with them than in other design jobs.

Overall a wonderful experience.

Cons

Sometimes clients could be a pain to work with but that's to be expected at any job.

Otherwise this was a great job to have while getting an education.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing! It was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend other designers at IU look for a job at the IMU in the marketing department!
