Indigo Books & Music – “Satisfied with Employment at Indigo Books & Music”

Pros

Working for a company that recognizes the hard work and effort that their employees put into their job is great. Heather Reisman seems to sincerely appreciate the people who are essential to her success and the success of the company. Also, I've never previously worked somewhere that co-workers mesh so well with one another as they do in my current workplace.

Cons

The lack of benefits for part-time employees who have been employed less than a year. There are several companies that I know of in my area who are giving their part-time employees benefits after a three month probationary period.

Advice to Senior Management

The new hiring process is too convoluted and it's scaring people away!
