Current Employee – been working at Indus Valley Partners full-time for more than a year

Pros – Small company so a lot of visibility
Lot of responsibilities right from the beginning
Policies and attitude towards employees has drastically changed.Good sign for future employees.
Good pay

Cons – Could get monotonous after a year
Interaction with other teams is not satisfactory, although the HR guys are trying to do their best
Could use a pool table in the Noida office

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the reforms, and good things will happen
