Pros

Good Compensation compared to competitors.

Cons

Expect nothing from HR as they have no power in their hands. Work life balance is good in some projects but life is close to hell in some other ones.

    Pros

Purely hedge fund focussed..can learn domain if got some opportunity.. Money..

    Cons

    1) No Policies are followed. Policies are applied or removed as and when required keeping in mind management makes money or not. 2) You are always at the risk of being laid out anytime without any reason. 3) Managment believes in non appreciation and they say it with proud 4) Few people on the top are doing anything to keep themselves out of danger of being laid out which makes life hell for the developers. 5) No qualification required to become director here.Too many directors who does not have anything to do..if you want to become director here..please join..

    Advice to Management

    stubborn management..cant be advised
