I have been working at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

    Pros

Good perks, work life balance and a solid reputation among ordinary people. Better than other major chinese commercial banks like ABC

    Cons

Simple too big as a commercial bank, not great for future development. Little incentive to promote talent the top. Bad management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Absolutely no access to top management. Since the company is state owned, the management team has little motivation to truly improve efficiency of the company

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
