I worked at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an intern (less than a year)

Pros

The working environment was intense but the mentors that i was assigned to were helpful and encouraging. You get to meet and interact with a lot of different people as the bank deals with alot of different customers from around the world.

Cons

The hours were really long and stretched. We never got off at 6 and there were weekly performance review meetings that took place after work.
