Pros – Can be flexible. Coffee and water provided.
Cons – Unfair. Rigid. Stressful environment. Unorganized. Hypocritical. Shows favoritism among employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Extremely unfair and unkind in handling employeea that do not stay with the company.
