Infineon Technologies – “Infineon - excellent engineers, uninspiring management”
Pros
warm, open, collegial relationships with engineers/technical staff
Cons
management without vision, mediocre business managers (all talk only)
too many managers, many with poor leadership skills
Advice to Senior Management
