I have been working at Infinity Property & Casualty

Pros

Things you learn while at Infinity that you may not learn while at other companies. Core Market Strategy is one step ahead of the Industry. Your ability to take responsibility for your own work. While its good that expenses are low, it also means you are not compensated like you feel you should.

Cons

Salary and benefits are about Industry standard. Its based in Birmingham Alabama which means salaries will be based on the standard of living there instead of the area you work in. You are stuck in selecting between Birmingham and Alpharetta as your office choices if you want to move to different areas of the country.
