InfoCision aspires to be a marketing firm someday

Applications Developer (Former Employee)
Akron, OH

I worked at InfoCision full-time for more than 3 years

ProsEmployee of the month is a good way to keep up moral. Most of my fellow co-workers were nice to work with and I really appreciated them.

ConsUpper management seemed chaotic at times, with constant shifting priorities and barely any continuity. InfoCision seems more like test bed for short-term marketing ideas and not a real marketing company.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease invest more in your engineering staff. They could have a much larger impact on company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Dayton, OH

I have been working at InfoCision full-time for more than a year

Pros: Initially they offered tuition assistance, on-site daycare and reasonable monthly bonuses. Two weeks of vacation, a week of sick pay,… Cons: Your schedule gets changed frequently and at times without notice, no longer have daycare, no tuition assistance, bonuses dropped to quarterly and are not even… Advice to Senior Management: If you want to keep valuable employees you will pay them reasonably… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
