Pros

I work on inbound sales and I absolutely love my job right now. It's the first full time job i've ever held and it's great considering you get health insurance and a matched 401k. I hated doing outbound sales work but inbound is awesome! The atmosphere is great and the managers are pretty awesome. The 6 weeks of training helped quite a bit too.

Cons

The challenges are the boredom mostly for me. We aren't allowed to have any kind of reading material in our booths and between calls there isn't a whole lot to do except maybe watch the tv on the wall that is on mute.. usually set to fox news.

Advice to Management

I would love it if the supervisors would actually be more willing to take sup calls and help us out more as far as irate customers go.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, Ability to make more than the hourly rate

    Cons

Being treated as a child by some, too much pressure to get sales, never fully explain company rules.

    Advice to Management

Treat your workers with more respect instead of harassing them to get more sales, if policies are to be followed, ensure they are spelled out clearly in policy manual.

    Pros

Paid training for 2 weeks. And that was hardly a "pro"
    Also free parking
That's about it and that's stretching it pretty far.

    Cons

I was lied to about which room I would be working for when I started
Training was a joke... All we learned about was gossip around new castle.
When put onto the phones I was for the most part left on my own ... But when there was help it was from someone who was too cocky to handle.
You have to pay for a weighted mug they REQUIRE you to have.

    Advice to Management

Grow up. Stop being so snotty and maybe people will work for you.
