Pros

This is a great place to start and to gain some valuable business experience. The on the job training really gets you thinking and involved quickly.

Cons

The overll compenstion. The base pay is only ok, but the bonus is great for those that can hit the goals.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide more feedback an open the lines of communication. Adjust the balance between salary and bonus and the evironment wouldn't be so negative or cut throat at times.

    Cons

bonus structure makes bonuses unrealistic, information from management on important issues pertaining to pay and bonuses is difficult or impossible to get

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the flow of information coming especially concerning people's pay. No one likes having their money or paychecks messed with.

    I worked at InfoCision

    Pros

The family atmosphere; the flexibility in scheduling; the great benefits offered to both hourly and salary employees and I'm not sure what else...

    Cons

The pay is not comparable to others in the industry; the "bonus plans" are a joke. Not all positions are valued by the executive team. The atmosphere is very "political", they tell you what you want to hear. Some of the executives suffer from "power trips" and do not acknowledge you or show appreciation for your work. If you are not apart of the executive team, you don't get a voice or opinion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to hear out your employees and their ideas, especially when you've hired them into a position where experience is required and they know a little something about the job they are doing.
