Company with Smart Professionals yet also going through growing pain

    Pros

There are a lot of smart and self-motivated individuals that are like super heroes in the company, the talents are well distributed that there is no single to-go person. Through working with number of companies, InfoReliance has higher share of motivated individuals who contribute far beyond a regular 9-to-5 cookie cutter would.

    Cons

Company generally lacks employee training, while the company was ahead of the curve technologically, overtime, due to lacking of investment of knowledge renewal, many of the company's new projects are still stuck with aged technology. Employees are overly encouraged to make conservative measure, hence there is a general lack of sponsorship of innovation.
