I think that Inforeliance has issues with diversity in the workplace. No women or Lesbians/Gays are in VP level position

InfoReliance is where you go to be billable and where your career goes to stall.

    Pros

All the feel and personality of a large Beltway Bandit, just with fewer opportunities.

    Cons

Almost too many to list, but: Whatever they thought consulting was has now become "just be billable." Success on a project only matters if the customer is furious. Mobility to more meaningful roles is all but gone. Be prepared to help write proposals for hours on end, always be wrong, and have it re-written by the same people over and over again - but rarely see any wins. Perks have evaporated, but the demands from management will increase on the workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing exactly what you'e doing! Pretty soon it'll be over, the best have all but left, and what remains will be lost from failed projects or attrition or simply losing to your competition.

An excellent place to succeed, not a lot of hand holding.
