    Pros

Good office. Good Christmas gifts. If you are lucky enough to land a long term project with them not involved much, might work out.

    Cons

Management does not communicate to employees clearly what's next. Heavy offshore work and not enough growth opportunities. Drives employees into working multiple projects masking as growth opportunity Glorified bodyshopping company.Hires people as QA experts and places on client side Advertises mobile QA expertise. Most of the people working are interns/fresh graduates in mobile testing. Also quite a bit of laid-off people from Yahoo,Wells Fargo,so no coherent culture. Also falsely advertises mobile automation capability. Few long term employees left recently due to unfair treatment.

    Advice to Management

Become employee friendly.Employees are the biggest assets for a services companies and they walk out of the door everyday.Try to keep them coming back.
