Pros

InfoVista has some very bright minds working for them and they have very good technology. Also, the benefits are very good.

Cons

InfoVista needs to either find a way to grow outside of the Service Provider space or come up with more solutions that would be appealing to SPs.

    Pros

There are many intelligent, hard working people. Peer to peer communications are good and you can usually count on your team members.

    Cons

There are too many times when resources are misused. Opportunities are missed, while resources are spent in pusuit of long shot activities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company needs to "grow up". It is no longer a start up business. Please focus on your end-users and listen to their feedback.

    Pros

Multicultural environment. Multiples opportunity to evolve Inside the company. Fantastic people. Good salary.

    Cons

Worload and income are very badly balanced between people. Lots of marketing communication Inside the company but the most important things were never told. It builds a real lack of trust towards the management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Prior to develop you company with external acquistion, invest to develop your historical product. Especially when it's still the core of the whole Platform...
POZ just wants to increase the company's revenue as fast as he can. He will have a nice check from Thomas Bravo if he succeed.
