Pros

InfoVista has some very bright minds working for them and they have very good technology. Also, the benefits are very good.

Cons

InfoVista needs to either find a way to grow outside of the Service Provider space or come up with more solutions that would be appealing to SPs.

    Pros

There are many intelligent, hard working people. Peer to peer communications are good and you can usually count on your team members.

    Cons

There are too many times when resources are misused. Opportunities are missed, while resources are spent in pusuit of long shot activities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company needs to "grow up". It is no longer a start up business. Please focus on your end-users and listen to their feedback.

    Pros

Good salary, bright software individuals, career opportunities.

    Cons

Inability to execute high level vision, all about politics within senior management, lack of technical expertise and knowledge at senior level. Innovation is no longer the focus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop giving opportunities to those who "work hard" but deliver little. Hire experts with the knowledge of the markets you have decided to serve. Develop solutions based on your customers tangible needs. Refresh your product development team.
