Pros – (+) Transformative time: Fun time to be part of a company that is disrupting an ancient industry
(+) Meritocracy: Do great things and you will be seen and rewarded
(+) Minimal red-tape for a large organization: Management is determined to allow their high performers to succeed without obstacles
(+) Casual workpace: Amazing new office in Flatiron with a laid back start-up vibe (Foosball table!)

Cons – (-) Fast paced and challenging, which may not be for everyone
(-) Lots of change in a short amount of time may pose challenges for those accustomed to a lot of structure, especially those who perform better with micro-management

Advice to Senior Management – With the company finally starting to connect all of the dots, continue to keep everyone informed of the high-level vision and progress the company is making.
