I have been working at Infor Global

    Pros

The St.Paul office is a proud monument in downtown, a incredible building to work in. The people are great, the enviroment is small offices/ large cubes. People are friendly, helpful and friends inside and out of work. This is a perfect position for recent college grads who will prove themselves in the real world. Promotions to those to work hard. Very relaxed work enviroment with lots of PTO

    Cons

The company just aquired Lawson and the transition has been exhausting. People hired the week before were paid double and comission structure is lacking and not as promised. Not enough money to survive on, everyone has second job. For a position where you generate hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly, the pay is enough to make people look elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees will look for other jobs soley because the wage is so low. Spending time and money to train new emplyees will be more than offering a decent salary. If you need a college degree to work a minimum wage job it is not good.
