Infor Global – “Could do better !”

Pros

Good clients and lot of consulting experience. The company has very good resources with extensive skillets in various technologies and functional experience.
The company has acquired number of solid companies which have great products. By virtue of this Infor has some great products in different verticals and a great client base all across North America and Europe.

Cons

Executive management is pretty confused and there seems to be no clear vision. They have acquired some great companies with great products, and client base. However they have not been able to take these companies further and have made a lot of incorrect decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Have a clear strategy and please do not just acquire companies and kill them !
