ProsThis company gives decent salary when compared to counterparts in the industry. tries to keep the employees happy by taking them on an international tour once in an year. Newer lays off during recession.

ConsIt takes a lot of time for promotions. Your views are not completely considered unless you are one among the top gunners.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to catch up with competition in the industry. before competitors come up with a new technology try to have it implemented in Informatica
