“Best run company I've worked for”
Former Employee – worked at Informatica full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Strong business model, excellent management team, reward system that matches performance, great teamwork atmosphere.
Cons – Increasing the number of underground parking places is the only change that I would propose at this time.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue the great programs and consistent strong leadership
