I have been working at Informatica full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good learning environment, engineering-driven, large comfortable cubes, good compensation and benefits

    Cons

Disjointed product lines, dsyfunctional build system, communication difficulty and much time spent due to global work force

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to find focus on what strategy to pursue, esp now with mulitple product lines. Need to invest in increasing efficiency, this seems to be to always take second place, to responding to market pressure to deliver.
