Pros

Officce location is nice at the water

Cons

Bad managers no career opportunities no interesting things to work on

    Pros

    Company overall is fine. Fast-paced.

    Cons

    Environment at certain department can be very toxic and stressful - lots of politics, lack of respect from management to employees, and a waste of money on unnecessary deliverable/resource.

    Respect employees and recognize them based on their efforts and the work actually being done.
