Growing Pain: mid-level managers really need to be trained first!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Redwood City, CA

Pros- work life balance
- flexibility
- pays industry average
- opportunity to move across departments
- great people to work with

Cons- hard to move up
- can have very long hours
- mid-level management has no proper training

Advice to Senior ManagementHire some managers who care about the people rather than just good at managing the end result. Keep open door policy alive, it'll save our culture.
