Pros

- Salary to higher levels is awesome.
- One of the World's best training facilities
- Great Campus, lush green and clean.
- In campus facilities are comparable to World's best.
- Ensured employment, no lay-offs.
- Employee gets the cheapest and best health and fitness options, provided you have time to exploit them.

If you are happy with the compensation, you will fall in love with everything else in Infosys. You might not even want to go back home in evenings.

Cons

Salary to lower levels is un-proportionally low.
Business processes drive one crazy.
Issues with attendance.
Too much red-tape to cut through for getting simplest of the things done.

Advice to Management

Had they thought about employees more and buildings less, Infosys would have retained the best minds for herself.

    Pros

    Greener Campus.
    Open space in all centers.
    Other facilities.
    Eco friendly.
Other than the above I never found anything worth mentioning.

    Cons

Most complex variable pay structure. You will never get 100% of variable pay.I can bet my entire savings on this.
Managers do not have a ethical character. Most useless people.
    Freshers also behave like managers.
Every question starts with WHY. Managers do not know a thing about POLITENESS.
You can never develop a particular technical skill, since it will keep on changing.
HR policies are one of the worst in the industries.
No flexible work schedule. One can avail only 12% of time in a month for flexible work arrangements.
There is an useless practice going on, called Appraisal process. It is never constructive.
You can be humiliated at anytime at any place.
In this organisation, people are resources and computers are assets.

    Advice to Management

    Stop pleasing your shareholders.
