Pros

There is a great group of people, and it has a small firm feel with lots of networking possibilities both at the local and national level. They pay is on par with most consultancies that hire MBA level talent.

Cons

It seems a bit limited on the ability to grow outside of the IT space and into other areas of management consulting. Also, the 401k plan is extremely limited for consultants. Health and other benefits are also not the best around.

Advice to Management

Grow through acquisition and get access to areas outside of IT.

    Pros

Had one outstanding mentor at this company - he was a senior principal and with years of experience at a Big 5.

    Cons

    - Women are neither valued nor taken seriously. The cultural bias is extremely strong toward Indian males. - The on-boarding and integration into the culture was lousy - they expect you to know the consulting game thoroughly from the start. I was given a laptop, then it was "sink or swim" - Expect to have no life outside of work for six days a week. The travel schedule is brutal.

    Advice to Management

    - Invest in your resources - training, especially for the new hires is critical. - Do more cultural/diversity training with everyone - the bias toward Indian males is palpable at every level of the organization.

    Pros

Good mix of projects. Projects all over US. Takes care of employees in between projects. Few managers are really good, but cannot say about everybody.

    Cons

Do not rely on HR promise of GC filing with 6 months. This happens only in ur 6th year and that also cannot be guranteed.
