Former Employee – worked at Infosys full-time for more than a year

Pros – - Very professional environment. Even the support services like travel desk, IT support, etc. are very professional.
- Because of a number of young people in the organisation, the thought process reflects in the way people work there.
- There are opportunities galore in the organisation, just need to find the right opportunity and progress.
- Clear cut career paths for technical and non-technical (consulting) profiles.

Cons – - The compensation structure is very confusing, I never knew how much I will get in hand in a given month.
- The CTC is not reflective of what you will get in hand. Depending on the payout percentage of the variables the actual CTC works out lesser.

Advice to Senior Management – Infosys has grown a lot in strength and one thing the management will need to focus is on how to identify and promote upcoming and deserving talent.
