I have been working at Infosys full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Value driven company.
Opportunities to continuously upgrade your skills through trainings etc.
Good benefits - specially for performers in this role.
Work content will be very team oriented and team performances are rewarded.

Cons

Job content is very unstructured.
Internal communication is very weak. Your view of the organization is limited by the accounts you are handling. You will not get an overall picture of the organization. What happens outside your account, even in your department, will be virtually unknown to you unless it impacts your account.

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
